We work with people with all different identities including those from diverse backgrounds and gender identities or those who don't ascribe to a certain gender. We try to offer sliding scale fees when possible while also balancing the business budget.
We make every effort to hire clinicians and contractors that work behind the scenes in the business with diverse backgrounds. Diversity is something we treasure, and Hayley as a person with privilege will sit back and listen to those with different backgrounds and experiences from her.

We will donate to environmental and human rights charities to make sure that we share our profits with those less fortunate. We also have electronic charting to save paper and buy environmentally friendly products to use in the office. We also use transportation from electric sources rather than gas.
All clinical staff will continue to foster their own learning plans throughout the year so we are continuously learning to provide you the most up to date information on how we can best help you.
We are not here to tell you what the answer is but to help guide you to the answer you seek. If you would like a more direct approach, we can do that. We balance sharing honesty with compassion for your situation.
Hayley is committed as a person with white privilege to continue to support organizations financially and through volunteering to tear down racist systems and ideas. She also pervasively reads books and articles calling out racism and speaks with people of color about their experiences without the privilege she holds to better understand how to continue the commitment towards antiracism.
