I am starting a clinical consultation group for registered dietitians and licensed therapists over zoom biweekly for 1.5 hours at $75/session.  This group will prepare you for your supervision hours for your CEDS certification and provide up supervision for working with people with eating disorders, dissociative disorders, and trauma.  Reach out for more information!

I am a licensed therapist in the states of CT and CA, as well as a Registered Dietitian, and I can provide supervision to help you with client cases and business coaching for developing your practice.

I am an approved consultant through iaedp for dietitians wanting to specialize in eating disorders (CEDS-C).  Consultation is part of the process to become a CEDS through iaedp. I can also offer consultation to licensed therapists for their CEDS for a portion of their hours.  

Regardless of if you are seeking nutrition or psychotherapy consultation, I practice a person-centered approach.  This means that I get to know your style of providing counseling to your clients and provide you with suggestions that you can actually use with clients in session.

I have been working with people with eating disorders since 2012 and practice a Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. I can teach you this body-positive approach to use when counseling your clients whether you work with clients with eating disorders or not.  The HAES approach can help clients build on their own strengths to reach their nutrition goals without feeling shame regarding their relationship with food.

When providing therapy, it is important to understand the struggles your clients face. Because I am dually licensed, I can offer you ideas to help you better understand the physical and psychological aspects of your client's eating disorder. We all have our blind spots when providing therapy, and it helps to bounce ideas off another therapist whose perspective might help you see the case in a new light.

I can also help guide you through the process for effectively working with insurance companies and explain to you how to scale your practice while taking insurance.

I schedule the sessions for 50 minutes, and we can meet as often as you would like!
